Client Background:

Lynea Carver is an eXp Realty Broker and real estate systems coach who helps agents eliminate burnout by building sustainable, repeatable business systems.

In the summer of 2025, she found me on LinkedIn while searching for podcast guests. Shortly after I appeared on her show, she hired me on retainer to elevate her offer suite, content strategy, and sales funnels so her business could generate more leverage, recurring revenue, and scalability without increasing her workload.

The Challenge:

Before bringing me in, Lynea was doing what I see constantly inside brokerages and coaching companies trying to “save money.”

Her Head of Operations Automations specialist and VA were responsible for graphics, marketing campaigns, funnels, websites, and copy on top of their actual jobs. These types of creative tasks should never be outsourced to a VA or someone that specializes in things like logistics as they have not been trained nor do they think like a trained creative. Trying to save money by outsourcing these things to someone like a VA who isn't properly trained and experienced with this level of work will always cost more in the long run when you have to try and fix the damage done.

In this case, it caused the head of ops to make mistakes that damaged Lynea's email list and credibility. To their credit, they were excellent at what they were hired to do! And they were also openly relieved when I stepped in to take over all things marketing, creative, and funnels so they could return to their true wheelhouses.

This is a super common and extremely expensive mistake in real estate businesses.

When high-level marketing strategy is fragmented across team members who aren’t trained for it:

Messaging becomes muddy
Lead magnets don’t connect to the offer suite
Funnels don’t qualify or pre-sell
And the business owner ends up drowning in low-quality calls

That’s exactly what was happening.

Lynea was spending gobs of time on calls with agents who:

Never intended to become paying clients
Were not aligned with her coaching offers
And were draining her energy

The team had never implemented a Tripwire funnel or understood how critical it is for:

-Lead qualification
-Client development
-Scalable onboarding

Once I explained it, it was clear one was needed urgently and Lynea asked me to create one from scratch.

The Solution:

The first priority was designing a strategic lead magnet that could do two things simultaneously:

1. Deliver a fast, meaningful win for the agent using it

2. Feed high-quality, profitable data back to Lynea and her team

Because Lynea sells systems to beat agent burnout, the solution was obvious. I designed a Burnout-Proof Business Audit that helps agents:

-Instantly identify bottlenecks
-See where their systems are leaking time and energy
-And recognize which problems are actually worth solving

This audit became the foundation of a Tripwire funnel that:
1. Pre-frames Lynea as the authority
2. Filters out low-intent leads
3. And sets up natural next steps into her paid coaching or eXp team

Since LinkedIn is a major driver of Lynea’s paid and organic traffic, I also:

Rebuilt her LinkedIn profile to mirror the funnel
Aligned her positioning, messaging, and CTA
Optimized it to convert profile views into leads without manual follow-up

The result was a cohesive system, not disconnected tactics.

The Results: Lynea and her team were blown away. I delivered the entire funnel in a single day including:

-Downloadable assets
-Page design
-Conversion-focused copy

That funnel is still converting leads consistently and continues to feed clean, qualified data directly into her GoHighLevel CRM.

Just as importantly:

Her internal team was freed from marketing work they should never have been doing

Lynea dramatically reduced time spent on unqualified calls

And her business finally had a scalable client development system
